CPENG is a membership based nonprofit organization that provides a forum for members to develop professional relationships and to provide support for business development and professional career transitions through networking, training, volunteer experience and support groups. The culture is friendly and welcoming, and we offer monthly meetings at multiple locations.
CPENG was founded by dedicated, multi-disciplined professionals who have led various organizations and networking groups for many years. Their expertise with the transition process, and business relationships allows them to provide insightful support and guidance to members who are employed, self-employed and in transition.

Our vision is to build diverse and robust relationships in our communities, by supporting and assisting those members in transition and encouraging all members to network for life..
"CPENG believes in "Paying it Forward" and does an outstanding job of providing mentoring, networking and job search to folks who have never had to "look for a job". CPENG -offers support at one of the most critical points in one's professional life - transition. My advice to others is to go to as many chapter meetings as possible, and seek counsel from the meeting directors as well as the members"
