Bridget C. Gallagher


Bridget is an operations and continual improvement professional. Her career includes operations, quality, and project management, training development and delivery, recruiting, performance management, and extensive customer service.
For over 10 years, Bridget has been intimately involved with analyzing operations business models to implement change management. She has contributed to an organization’s financial success by reducing expenses through the implementation of continual improvement concepts and process consistency.  Bridget has an exceptional background in developing interpersonal relationships with executive management and front-line personnel. She has a collaborative management style that incorporates her excellent articulation and presentation skills.
Bridget has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from York College of Pennsylvania in Business Management and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Elizabethtown College.  She is a certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
Bridget is the recipient of the 2007 United Way Volunteer of the Year Award and the 2005 York Jaycee of the Year Award. Bridget has sat on the Board of Directors for the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the York Chapter of the Jaycees.  She has volunteered her time with these agencies as well as with the United Way of York County.
Bridget lives in York, Pennsylvania.  When not working, Bridget enjoys physical fitness, sports, reading, wine tasting, cooking, gardening, and traveling.  Bridget enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Bridget currently serves as CPENG's Membership Director.

Steve Golus 

Steve is an experienced IT professional specializing in project and program management holding a wide range of roles in the technology, e-commerce and energy industries. As a servant leader Steve executes based on his integrity, taking responsibility for doing what he says, powered by an ability to absorb information and analyze outcomes. In leadership positions he creates an environment of consensus, keeping the team focused on what could be. Throughout his career Steve has been successful bringing structure and methodology to organizations in chaos seeking to move the dial forward on their maturity index.
Steve has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer and Information Science from the University of Michigan. Steve has also taken continuing education courses at University of California, Irvine and most recently completed the Agile Project Management certificate course from Penn State Great Valley.
Steve has spent time volunteering for organizations such as Boy Scouts of America, Lord’s Pantry and professional technology associations. He is currently active in his church with various ministries serving the parish membership.
Steve lives in Glenmoore Pennsylvania with his wife, children and grandchildren.

Joe Long 

Joe is a finance leader who enhances the bottom-line of a business by leveraging scarce resources, improving processes, and providing critical business insight.  He has a strong knowledge of retail operations, has been part of executive leadership teams, and supports the business by offering both hands-on and management experience in all aspects of strategic planning, operational finance, and business intelligence.  Joe has been heavily involved in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, inventory management, business intelligence, financial systems, and retail operations

He is an operations partner who collaborates with cross-functional teams, bringing financial acumen and problem-solving skills to drive complex organizational improvements.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and family and volunteers for his local school district, youth sports, Boy Scouts, and recently has been involved with the Philadelphia Sports Hall of Fame.  He enjoys golf and all Philly major sports teams.

Joe currently serves CPENG as Treasurer.

Eleanore Meals 

Eleanore is an astute, dynamic senior manager who effectively drives operational efficiencies, resulting in strong fiscal performance and impressive business growth. She is a collaborative business leader who transforms organizations by creating a high-trust environment, advocating for change and empowering individuals. Ms. Meals is an innovative and dynamic thinker with an outstanding record of exceeding organizational objectives, developing corporate strategy, and implementing best practices.  She is a creative and consensus-building change agent, with a clear focus on bottom-line results.
Eleanore most recently was the General Manager for Legacy Supply Services in Wilmington, Delaware. While at Legacy, Ms Meals was responsible for all functional duties including directing their North American Logistical Operations for International shipments. She was charged with growing a key third party relationship with Agilent Technologies.  Previously, she worked as a General Manager for Elite Marketing Group where she managed a team of 50 sales professionals, in a fast paced sales environment.
Eleanore currently serves as the Exton facilitator.
