Bobbi Durbin

Bobbi currently works as the Director of Gateway Development at First American Payment Services. She leads application development, integration, support and standardization efforts for the First American Payment Gateway platform, that processes millions of transactions daily. She is a dynamic Technology Leader with 20+ years of experience across multiple Industries from Mortgage to Payment Processing.

Her strengths lie in her strong leadership capabilities being able to get the best out of her teams as well as her ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders to better understand their needs and how to deliver on those needs. Bobbi has had the opportunity to lead large scale projects such as a successful implementation of a mortgage company’s consumer web site that allowed customers to originate loans online and to reduce phone calls to the originators. She has also led parts of a Business Transformation project that allowed the new systems to integrate seamlessly with the legacy systems. Her proudest moments are when the business realizes the benefits of what her teams deliver and how it helps them achieve their goals.

Bobbi earned her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Glassboro State College in Glassboro,NJ and resides in Marlton, NJ. When not working, she loves to spend quality time with family and friends, going out or just hanging out.

Ron Fowler

Ron is an energetic and visionary Senior IT Executive with more than 25+ years of experience in the manufacturing sector. Having worked in startup to billion-dollar organizations, Ron’s strong IT skill set augmented by his unique multi-discipline background and uncanny insight and perspective has provided him the skillset to consistently deliver solid ideas and solutions to optimize and streamline operations. A technical leader and goal driven problem solving team player Ron has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, risk mitigation and mobilization of teams to deliver results. Currently working as a Director of IT for a mid-size manufacturing organization.

Hannah Hartwell

Dr. Hannah Hartwell is the Director of Learning at ECRI. She is a senior learning leader and certified change manager with 10+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, higher education, and professional associations. She is known for successfully developing strong partnerships with business leaders and stakeholders, and leverages her background in psychology, adult learning, and change theory while integrating industry trends and best practices to customize highly successful learning and change initiatives. Dr. Hartwell has experience managing accreditation contracts and maintaining course content and has conducted multiple Learning Management System (LMS) vendor selection processes, in addition to customization, configuration, and ongoing administration.

Dr. Hartwell holds an Associates of Arts degree in Linguistics, Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership. As a transformational leader, Dr. Hartwell serves as the Plymouth Meeting Chapter Leader for Career Professionals Networking Executive Group (CPENG), co-founded the non-profit professional association Philadelphia Learning and Development, and has also led the Association for Talent Development (ATD) Career Management Special Interest Group.

Lisa Joachim 

Lisa is a product/marketing professional with over 10 years of experience in the various products and services industries. She was recently employed at American Water Resources where her responsibilities included new product development and new business development opportunities. Her success is because of her out of the box thinking and looking it from a customer perspective. Throughout her career, Lisa has been involved in project/brand management; market research; consumer packaging; key account management and shelf placement and merchandising.

Paul Licata

Paul currently serves as an Integrated Marketing Consultant and Test Days Coordinator for the International Motor Press Association (IMPA), which includes managing a yearly multi-day marketing event between automotive manufacturers and international media, for the purpose of new vehicle testing.

Paul has more than 20 years’ experience including senior marketing management positions with dormakaba Americas in the security and commercial building access industry, Case New Holland Industrial (CNHI) in the agriculture and construction industries, as well as Lutron Electronics, Co. in the residential and commercial electrical manufacturer industry. Prior to joining Lutron Electronics, Paul held senior management positions at Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC, and Event Solutions International, Inc. His approach and accomplishments have resulted from a focus on understanding customer needs and closely partnering with sales to drive growth.

Paul helps companies meet their objectives, while supporting sales growth goals.  Drawing on his many years of experience in marketing, communications and public relations, Paul teaches his team members on how to achieve the same successes through strategic planning and following proven processes.

Paul earned his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, PA and resides in Orefield, PA.  He enjoys spending his free time being outdoors as much as possible, exercising, and enjoying his passion for automobiles and motor sports.

Paul currently serves on CPENG's Lehigh Valley facilitator and serves on the Board of Directors.

Joe Long 

Joe is a finance leader who enhances the bottom-line of a business by leveraging scarce resources, improving processes, and providing critical business insight.  He has a strong knowledge of retail operations, has been part of executive leadership teams, and supports the business by offering both hands-on and management experience in all aspects of strategic planning, operational finance, and business intelligence.  Joe has been heavily involved in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, inventory management, business intelligence, financial systems, and retail operations

He is an operations partner who collaborates with cross-functional teams, bringing financial acumen and problem-solving skills to drive complex organizational improvements.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and family and volunteers for his local school district, youth sports, Boy Scouts, and recently has been involved with the Philadelphia Sports Hall of Fame.  He enjoys golf and all Philly major sports teams.

Joe currently serves CPENG as Treasurer.

Eleanore Meals 

Eleanore is an astute, dynamic senior manager who effectively drives operational efficiencies, resulting in strong fiscal performance and impressive business growth. She is a collaborative business leader who transforms organizations by creating a high-trust environment, advocating for change and empowering individuals. Ms. Meals is an innovative and dynamic thinker with an outstanding record of exceeding organizational objectives, developing corporate strategy, and implementing best practices.  She is a creative and consensus-building change agent, with a clear focus on bottom-line results.
Eleanore most recently was the General Manager for Legacy Supply Services in Wilmington, Delaware. While at Legacy, Ms Meals was responsible for all functional duties including directing their North American Logistical Operations for International shipments. She was charged with growing a key third party relationship with Agilent Technologies.  Previously, she worked as a General Manager for Elite Marketing Group where she managed a team of 50 sales professionals, in a fast paced sales environment.

Angel Peluso 

A marketing and sales professional, Angel is the co-owner of Anthony Associates, a website design company based in Dover, PA. She is a successful strategist in the development and execution of marketing and sales plans, and possesses extensive experience, and in-depth knowledge of, employee recruitment and retention. Throughout her career, Angel has been an effective manager of people, budgets, creative agencies, and advertising campaigns. She is a creative problem solver with excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills. For nearly a decade, Angel served as a facilitator for the York chapter of an executive network organization, and delights in sharing her natural affinity towards networking with those looking to polish their skills.

Kate Rogers 

Experienced, results-driven Marketing Executive with proven success in Marketing, Advertising and Sales Support. Comprehensive knowledge of Inquiry Generation, Direct Response Advertising, Multi-Channel Marketing, Effective Budget Architecture and Forecasting, Branding, Creative Development and Art Direction, SEO and Social Media. Strong critical thinking skills and extensive performance analysis experience to achieve results in an increasingly competitive marketplace.

Ed Samuel 

Ed is a senior Executive Career and Transformation/Life Coach, certified Career Assessment Team Leader and Resume Writer for a firm called, SamNova, Inc. based in Kenneth Square, PA.  He is also a certified Retirement Coach, LinkedIn Branding and Networking, Consultant and Entrepreneur Coach. He provides one-on-one executive career transition coaching for senior executives across a multiple of functional roles and industries. Ed conducts career management workshops, guest speaker and facilitates executive level networking events. He also provides mentoring and assistance to career transition coaches. Ed also provides executive outplacement transition support for CCI Consulting, Inc., a Career Partners International affiliate. Ed has led 125+ executive networking forums with more than 2300 executives over the last 9 years.  He has led extensive Corporate recruiting efforts for a multi-billion dollar global manufacturing firm and as a recruiter at multiple 3rd party firms. Ed began his career with DEC, where he spent 19 years in Accounting and Customer Operations. He was the General Mgr. of Corporate Customer Service for The Stride Rite Corp. Ed garnered extensive international experience as the Global Director of Customer Admin. with QAD, Inc. He was a VP of Operations and CFO for two distinct high-tech venture firms. Prior to moving to career coaching and recruiting, Ed was a licensed (Series 7, 63) Financial Advisor for UBS Financial Services. Ed holds a B.A. from Wilmington University - summa cum laude and undergraduate degree in Accounting. 

Ed also leads a non-profit ministry in stewardship and employment with Crown Financial Ministries as a US Advisor and Leader. Ed is a certified Money Life Coordinator (MLC), Career Direct Trainer, Career Direct Network team leader and MoneyLife Indicator Consultant. He is very active in church, loves to spend time with his family, hike and fish for smallmouth bass.

Jim Watkins

Jim is an experienced leader with a diverse background.  In business, he has managed engineering, multi-site manufacturing, quality and regulatory departments.  He has led cross-functional teams, including international partners.

Outside of work, Jim is active in his church, where he has held various executive leadership roles and committee chair positions.

Jim started and led a networking support group in New England when his employer released over 30 people.  

Upon return to PA, Jim joined, and became a leader in an executive networking group where he built a team that created best practices.  Jim is President of CPENG and is the meeting facilitator in Harrisburg.

Anna Weidmayer 

Anna is a global B2B industrial marketing, business development and communications professional excelling at both strategic development and tactical implementation. She is multilingual and has traveled in 40+ countries. Anna is a passionate cultural strategist with exceptional inter-cultural communications and global relationship management skills. She has demonstrated ability in developing and maintaining productive relations with internal and external stakeholders globally at all levels of organizations, incl. C-suite.

Anna has diverse industry experience from both publicly traded and privately-held companies. She has held Director and Manager positions in Marketing, Business Development, Communications and Product Management related to mechanical components for the construction industry, products and services for specialty contracting and restoration, specialty papers and engineered products, chemicals and minerals.  Anna excels at identifying, evaluating and developing worldwide business opportunities for new markets, new products, existing products and solution concepts. She is adept at channel management, market research, Voice-of-the Customer and competitive analysis.

Anna received her education in Sweden, focusing on sciences, multiple foreign languages and intercultural communications. She is committed to continuous learning and has throughout her professional career pursued programs and courses at universities such as Thunderbird School of Global Management, California Institute of Technology and Penn State.
