Our Board Members
Glenn is an accomplished Senior Finance Leader reporting to Presidents while being a proactive player on Leadership Teams. Glenn focuses on developing high performance yet cost effective Teams with achievements in improving profitability, working capital/cash flow, department/cross-functional processes, as well as receiving favorable Audit reports. In addition to accountabilities in all the traditional areas of Accounting/Finance--his roles also expanded to include Management of I.T., H.R., Contracts, Compliance, Warranty, and an Order Entry SSC. He also has experience with acquisitions, international business, and ERP implementations. Glenn’s educational foundation includes a B.S. in Accounting from Penn State, he was a licensed CPA for many years, and has an MBA in General Management from Saint Josephs. Outside of work in addition to CPENG--he organizes Finance Leaders Forums with MASCPA, has been actively involved in American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, as well as being a Mentor for Penn State business students.
Glenn believes in the CPENG Mission and embraces the benefits of networking. He actively serves on the CPENG Board and is in the process of opening a new CPENG Chapter in the Greater Harrisburg Area.
A marketing and sales professional, Angel is the co-owner of Anthony Associates, a website design company based in Dover, PA. She is a successful strategist in the development and execution of marketing and sales plans, and possesses extensive experience, and in-depth knowledge of, employee recruitment and retention. Throughout her career, Angel has been an effective manager of people, budgets, creative agencies, and advertising campaigns. She is a creative problem solver with excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills. For nearly a decade, Angel served as a facilitator for the York chapter of an executive network organization, and delights in sharing her natural affinity towards networking with those looking to polish their skills.
Angel currently is serving as President of CPENG Board of Directors and is the York facilitator.
Bob is a Engineering Executive with solid accomplishments in the development of innovative and highly successful products for the medical equipment and semiconductor capital equipment markets. Results-oriented strategic thinker that thrives on planning, organizing, building and leading multi-discipline product development engineering and cross-functional teams. Achievements extend beyond the traditional product engineering roles with experience building production readiness support infrastructure and executing strategic initiatives. World class program management skills. A technical leader with demonstrated ability to develop strategies, mobilize teams and deliver results.
Bob currently serves on the CPENG board as a Member and Secretary. Bob also serves as the Blue Bell facilitator.
Carl is a senior manager and engineering consultant with more than 40 years of experience in engineering, project management, business development, construction, engineering management and talent acquisition related to the petrochemical and power industries. He is a registered professional engineer with specific expertise in structural engineering and project management. His experience includes work with three well known international companies in the petrochemical and power fields, including on-location work at an international construction site. Carl has extensive international experience and has traveled the world on various projects. Currently he is semi-retired and consults with companies in the petrochemical and power industries. He also writes articles for various professional magazines, and recently co-authored one titled “An Engineer’s Guide to Networking”. Carl also finds time to mentor Penn State engineering students.
Carl currently serves on the CPENG board as a Member,
Experienced, results-driven Marketing Executive with proven success in Marketing, Advertising and Sales Support. Comprehensive knowledge of Inquiry Generation, Direct Response Advertising, Multi-Channel Marketing, Effective Budget Architecture and Forecasting, Branding, Creative Development and Art Direction, SEO and Social Media. Strong critical thinking skills and extensive performance analysis experience to achieve results in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
Kate currently serves on the Board of Directors and is the Marketing Committee for CPENG.
Jules, is a Senior Finance Leader and Business Partner, with 20 plus years of experience in Information Services and Technology industry with diverse business organizations and developed knowledge and acumen to provide sound Financial Leadership guidance to Senior Management. A Strategic thinker who delivers financial and business guidance who stays engaged in the implementation of the Plans. Sustained involvement with the teams for the implementation on operational deliverables, communicating the plans, providing business process optimizations, identifying opportunities and mitigate risks. His has extensive experience and knowledge across Sales, R&D, Marketing, and Business Operations; new Program and Product Pricing development and implementations. His experience is not only in Financial management but also as a business unit Controller managing P&Ls, Expenses, R&D Investment and Balance Sheets – providing a full business indicator. Jules is a results-oriented Finance Leader, committed to integrity and process control improvements, providing knowledgeable direction to Business Leaders.
In addition to his business side Jules is and has been involved in the community in many areas – University guess speaker; Township Zoning Board member; Boys Scouts of America leader; Soccer Club – Vice President/Director of Officiating/Coach/Licensed Referee; and Church Lector.

Jim is an experienced leader with a diverse background. In business, he has managed engineering, multi-site manufacturing, quality and regulatory departments. He has led cross-functional teams, including international partners.
Jim is currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors and is meeting facilitator in Lancaster.

Tim is a proven leader with financial, accounting and management experience, including; budgeting, financial analysis & reporting, process improvement, credit & collections, risk management and purchasing. Outside of work, Tim is active in Boy Scouts, The Institute of Management Accountants and several non-profits, where he has held key leadership and board positions.
Tim currently serves on the board and volunteers as the Reading facilitator.
