Ben Eison

Role: New Member Packets

Ben brings over 20 years of experience across industries like telecommunications, IT, healthcare, sports & entertainment, marketing, staffing, and broadband communications.
He’s known for building high-performing, cross-functional teams and smoothing out operational roadblocks to keep things running seamlessly.

Ron Fowler

Role:
Membership Committee

Ron is a visionary Senior IT Executive with over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing sector—ranging from scrappy startups to billion-dollar enterprises.
He combines deep technical expertise with a uniquely well-rounded background, consistently delivering smart, scalable solutions that drive operational success.

Ron thrives at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and collaboration. He’s a goal-driven problem solver known for building high-impact teams, mitigating risk, and keeping tech aligned with big-picture goals.

He currently serves as Director of IT at a mid-sized manufacturing company—and on the CPENG Membership Committee.

Ann Doerries

Role: Assistant Chapter Leader – Reading

Ann is a powerhouse finance leader and strategist who knows how to turn big ideas into measurable performance. With deep experience in business strategy, integrated planning, risk management, and performance improvement, she brings a holistic approach to driving results.

She has held senior financial leadership roles at global organizations across the energy, manufacturing, and consulting industries—including Kinder Morgan, LyondellBasell, Reliant Energy, Baker Hughes, and most recently, as CFO of UGI Energy Services.

With a BBA in Accounting and Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin, Ann is also a Certified Public Accountant. Her foundation in finance, consulting, and project management makes her a go-to force for both vision and execution.

Paul Licata

Role: Lehigh Valley Chapter Leader | Board of Directors

Paul Licata is the owner of BDi Machinery Sales, Inc. in Macungie, PA, where he imports specialized agricultural equipment for vineyards, orchards, and farms. With over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and operations, Paul has held leadership roles across industries including agriculture, security, commercial building access, and automotive.

His past roles include senior positions at dormakaba Americas, CNH Industrial, Lutron Electronics, Mercedes-Benz USA, and Event Solutions International. No matter the industry, Paul is known for his customer-first approach and results-driven mindset.

He holds a Marketing degree from LaSalle University and lives in Orefield, PA. Outside of work, Paul enjoys staying active, being outdoors, and pursuing his passion for cars and motorsports.

Eleanore Meals

Role: Exton Chapter Leader

Eleanore Meals is a strategic and forward-thinking senior leader with a strong track record of driving operational excellence, building high-performing teams, and delivering measurable results. Known for her collaborative leadership style, Eleanore fosters trust, champions innovation, and leads transformative initiatives that accelerate growth and strengthen performance.

Most recently, Eleanore served as General Manager at Legacy Supply Services in Wilmington, Delaware, where she led North American logistical operations for international shipments. She played a key role in expanding a strategic partnership with Agilent Technologies, enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency.

Before Legacy, she was General Manager at Elite Marketing Group, where she led a dynamic team of 50 sales professionals in a high-energy, results-driven environment.

Eleanore currently facilitates CPENG's Exton group, bringing her sharp insight, passion for leadership development, and commitment to creating meaningful connections within the professional community.

Glenn Miller

Role: Reading Chapter Leader

Glenn Miller is an accomplished senior finance leader with deep expertise in driving financial performance, strengthening operational processes, and leading high-impact teams. Throughout his career, Glenn has reported directly to Presidents and played an active role on executive leadership teams—consistently delivering improvements in profitability, cash flow, and audit outcomes.

His leadership spans a wide range of functions, including Accounting, Finance, IT, HR, Contracts, Compliance, Warranty, and Order Entry Shared Services. He also brings valuable experience in acquisitions, international operations, and ERP implementations.

Glenn holds a B.S. in Accounting from Penn State and an MBA in General Management from Saint Joseph’s University. He was a licensed CPA for many years and continues to bring that level of discipline and strategy to every role he takes on.

Beyond his professional experience, Glenn is committed to supporting and growing the finance and business community. He organizes Finance Leader Forums with MASCPA, mentors Penn State business students, and actively participates in Relay for Life with the American Cancer Society.

A long-time believer in the CPENG mission, Glenn founded the Harrisburg Chapter in 2017 and now leads the Reading Chapter. He’s a former board member, helps welcome new members, and manages the CPENG LinkedIn group.

Ed Samuel

Role: Newark Chapter Leader

Ed Samuel is a highly respected executive career and transformation coach with deep expertise in career transitions, leadership development, and personal growth. He is the founder of SamNova, Inc., based in Kennett Square, PA, where he provides one-on-one coaching for senior executives across a wide range of industries and roles.

Ed is a certified Career Assessment Team Leader, Resume Writer, Retirement Coach, and LinkedIn Branding Consultant. He also supports entrepreneurs and delivers executive outplacement services through CCI Consulting, a Career Partners International affiliate. Over the past nine years, Ed has led more than 125 executive networking forums, connecting with over 2,300 professionals in transition.

Earlier in his career, Ed held leadership roles in global operations, customer service, and finance—working with major firms like DEC, The Stride Rite Corporation, and QAD, Inc. He also served as a VP of Operations and CFO for two high-tech ventures and worked as a licensed Financial Advisor with UBS Financial Services.

Ed holds a B.A. in Accounting from Wilmington University, graduating summa cum laude.

Outside of his professional work, Ed is deeply involved in ministry and service. He leads a nonprofit focused on financial stewardship and employment through Crown Financial Ministries, and is a certified MoneyLife Coordinator, Career Direct Trainer, and Network Team Leader. He’s also active in his church and loves spending time with his family, hiking, and fishing for smallmouth bass.

Ed currently serves as CPENG’s Newark, DE facilitator, where he brings his energy, wisdom, and passion for helping others grow and thrive.

Tim Trout

Role: Lancaster Chapter Leader

Tim Trout is an experienced financial and operational leader with a strong background in budgeting, financial analysis and reporting, process improvement, credit and collections, risk management, and purchasing. He brings a practical, solutions-focused mindset to every role and has a proven track record of helping organizations operate more efficiently and effectively.

In addition to his professional expertise, Tim is deeply committed to community involvement. He’s actively engaged in Boy Scouts, the Institute of Management Accountants, and multiple nonprofit organizations—holding various leadership and board positions over the years.

Tim currently serves on the CPENG board and volunteers as the Lancaster Chapter Leader, where he’s known for his thoughtful leadership and steady support of the group’s mission.

Jim Watkins

Role: Former Harrisburg Chapter Leader

Jim Watkins is a seasoned leader with a diverse professional background spanning engineering, multi-site manufacturing, quality, and regulatory operations. He has successfully led cross-functional teams and collaborated with international partners to drive performance and align operations.

Outside the workplace, Jim is actively involved in his church community, where he has held executive leadership roles and served as a committee chair.

Jim has a long-standing passion for supporting professionals through transition. He founded and led a networking support group in New England when his employer underwent a large-scale layoff, affecting over 30 employees. Upon returning to Pennsylvania, Jim became a leader in an executive networking group, building a team that developed and shared best practices.

Jim is a former President of CPENG and has served as a dedicated meeting facilitator in Harrisburg, continuing to offer support and guidance to the CPENG community.

Brian Martin

Role: Technology Assistance

Brian Martin supports CPENG behind the scenes with all things tech—providing site and server administration, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise. His work ensures that the digital side of CPENG runs smoothly, so members can stay focused on connecting and growing.
